Geosynthetics

Are synthetic materials designed to improve the physical, mechanical and hydraulic soil, and as waterproofing system, they exist in combination with natural products made from polyethylene of low and high density, PVC and polyesters and other materials. Among the geosynthetics are: HDPE geomembrane, anchor rods, fabrics and nonwoven geotextiles, geogrid, geocomposite.

Geomembranes

Function: waterproof, contain liquid or vapor barriers.

Uses: works for the protection of the environment: reservoirs, landfills, hydroelectric projects, oxidation ponds, tanks and lining of canals, others, avoiding contamination of subsurface groundwater.

Geogrids

Function: in the formation and strengthening of land.

Uses: embankments, retaining walls and slopes, ideal for strengthening soil and road construction.

Geocomposites

There are two guys named geodrenes, the planar and planar pipe.

Function: evacuation of fluids, drainage and filters.

Uses: prevents thin materials do not pass and accumulate in the drain.

Anchor Bar

Function: when formwork is placed and is embedded in the concrete being exposed one side to fix the geomembrane with extrusion welding.

Uses: to anchor the liner in concrete structures.
